What we collect
When you send the order form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, city and province, business name if you add one, the products and quantities you ask for, and any message you write. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request, quote prices and shipping, and fill and deliver your order. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, the service that hosts this website, and in our business email. We keep order details for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record keeping obligations as a food importer, then delete them.
Cookies and outside services
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and some photos and videos are loaded from Unsplash and Pexels, so those services receive your device's standard connection details when the page loads.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Send your request through the order form on our home page, and we will respond within 30 days.
